Watercolour: A Wall in the Hills

A Wall in the Hills

I have always been fascinated by the art of dry stone walling – as much as by the fact that there are courses on it running continuously throughout Calderdale. Everyone wants to know how to dry stone wall. The best thing about our West Yorkshire moors is that around each corner (over each little hill) a new perspective is open to you, a new fresh view.

Please note that gray lines in the middle of the painting are not defect, they are a copyright watermark stamp.

If you are interested in purchasing this watercolour painting (420 x 297 mm/16.5 x 11.7  in, framed and mounted, £30), or want to see a larger photo, contact me on poeticoxana@gmail.com
